This organic cellentani is made from 100% organic rårismjöl and organic beetroot powder. It's naturally gluten-free and works just as well in warm dishes as in pasta salads.

The spiral-twisted, hollow shape catches sauce and seasonings in its folds and gives a pleasant bite in every mouthful. The beetroot lends the pasta its characteristic pink hue – a colourful touch on the plate.
