apple cider vinegar

Raw organic apple cider vinegar with mother, made from slowly fermented apples and infused with ginger, turmeric and chilli. Unfiltered and unpasteurised – naturally cloudy and alive. The vinegar mother is prebiotic and acts as nourishment for the good gut bacteria.
Shake before use – this distributes the mother and the infusion evenly and gives a balanced flavour. A refreshing, mild acidity (1.5%) with warmth and depth.

• Drink as a small daily shot, neat or diluted
• Mix with cold water and ice for an unsweetened, thirst-quenching drink
• Use as a dressing on fresh or grilled vegetables where the acidity lifts the ingredients
