Our organic bovetemjöl is made from hulled buckwheat – a naturally gluten-free, easily digestible and highly nutritious plant with a mild, nutty flavour. Even though buckwheat isn't a grain, bovetemjöl is excellent for making pancakes, pies, bread, cakes, porridge and thickening sauces.
