gluten-free vegan oopsie bread
with chickpea flour
These vegan oopsie breads aren't just easy to bake, they're also packed with nutrition. ingredients
- 2 dl da Carla kikärtsmjöl
- 2 tsk psyllium husk, powder
- 1.5 tsk baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 msk coconut or rapeseed oil
- 2 dl plant-based milk drink
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- If you're using coconut oil, melt it first. Mix all the ingredients together into a batter and let it swell for about 5 minutes.
- Use a spoon or spatula to dollop the batter into rounded shapes on a baking sheet. Feel free to top with seeds if you like.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the edges are golden.
- Serve straight away.
