da Carla Paccheri Majs & Ris is a gluten-free pasta in a generous tube shape originating from Naples. The shape is wide enough to be filled and robust enough to carry rich sauces, while the bronze-die surface gives a slightly rugged texture that helps the sauce cling properly.

The pasta is made from corn and rice flour and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve its structure and give a good bite. It's easy to cook, with a cooking time of about 12–14 minutes, and the result comes close to the feel of traditional pasta. Made by Italian pasta masters with a focus on craftsmanship and quality.

Especially good with heartier dishes – such as a rich ragù, oven-baked pasta, or filled with, for example, ricotta and spinach.
